Clayton's Community Support Committee
Sign Up Here to be part of the Clayton Community Support Committee!
The mission of the Clayton Community Support Committee is to foster a community between the families at Clayton and our sister school, Perez Elementary, and to build a community of giving and service within the Clayton Community.
We accomplish this mission through cross-cultural school events and Clayton’s many resource raising efforts for families at Perez.
Annual events typically include:
- MLK day parade
- Clayton Choir singing at Perez
- Band Folkloric performance of Perez students
- Back to School supply drive
- Coats for Kids
- Thanksgiving Basket Drive
- Giving Tree
- Book donations
...and other fundraising efforts!
We want to build a community of giving and service within the Clayton Community, and model outreach to our own children by participating in acts of service for others with our students at Clayton.
Clayton Care Club meets monthly after school, caregivers and students together, to work on a service project or community building opportunity together, right here at Clayton. Look for Care Club events announced in the Clayton Weekly, on the PTA calendar, and right here on the Clayton Community Support Committee page.
Our next meeting is December 8th from 3:15 to 4:15 in room 209 to wrap Giving Tree gifts for Perez Elementary families. RSVP here!
